Two numbers of training programmes were conducted during 2018-19 under Capacity building Programme.

1. Leadership Programme "Gain a Winner's Edge" conducted by renowned motivatinal speaker and trainer Mr. Shiv Khera at Hotel Radisson Blu on 22nd November, 2018. 26 no.s of senior executives of the State PSUs were nominated to attend the programme. The participants were sponsored by Public Enterprises Deptt.

2. A programme on "Finance & Accounting for non-finance people" organised by Xavier Institute of Management & Information Technology where P.E. Deptt. nominated 30 no.s of employees of the State PSUs to attend the programme.
